The Pastor's Page

Welcome! Here you will find my blog, sermons I have preached and various letters and articles I have written. Life groups will find questions for sermon discussion. I value this opportunity to connect with you and hope that you will visit this page often. I will do my best to keep it fresh and up to date. I pray that my words will be helpful to you in your own journey of faith.  Mark

Travel to Turkey this Fall!

Turkey is an incredible place. As the crossroads of civilizations and the cradle of Christianity, the country is rich with history and spiritual significance. There is nothing quite like visiting ancient Ephesus and its ruins, powerfully evoking the memory of Paul and the early church. And there is nothing so wonderful for anyone who has an appreciation of Christian history to stand in the Hagia Sophia, the 6th century church  in Istanbul, the very center of Christendom for centuries after the fall of Rome. It's an unforgettable place!

This fall (Oct 9-23) I am teaming up with Pastor Al Sandalow of First Presbyterian Church in Ellensburg to lead a tour to this remarkable country. Here is our itinerary and other pertinent info: Paul, The Seven Churches and Early Church History in Turkey.pdf.  Spots are limited so please don't delay in signing up.
